Close to what I've experienced during my first three weeks at work, I was just as excited last week. And you know it's because I learned some special things.
Core ETL - Different from what I was checking out before, a new file was put into priority. It is a major component on one of the systems I'm handling. As a DW CSI, my investigations on this led me to learn the core details of the history maintenance process and it was damn e-x-c-i-t-i-n-g. I'll try to develop a new implementation for that logic and test it on one of my systems - just for fun.
